Join us four our fourth instalment of mindful movement classes for men in Toronto. Our spring session of Men’s Movement will be an eight week session with Adam Bolton on Tuesday nights from April 18th to June 6th at Calii Love, 367 King St. W.
This pre-registered series (drop-ins welcome) will help you get familiar with the foundations of a safe and healthy movement practice. We will explore the relationship between our body, breath and mind and work with developing skills relevant to our personal growth. Each of us has a unique path in this life and it is possible to experience more enjoyment and less stress by being mindful with ourselves. As men seeking to live happier and healthier lives yoga can be a tool of understanding and healing as you need it and this session will provide a relaxed environment where questions and personal attention are more available. Easy for anyone to join. All levels of experience are welcome.
Challenge your body and re-centre your mind with this full spectrum class that thoughtfully incorporates strength and stability into a yoga flow. This all levels strength and mobility class is a well rounded, multidisciplinary exploration focused on sustaining your practice and remaining injury free. Expect a challenging and creative hour of sweaty fun, followed by some deep restorative postures and mindfulness meditation. Ground yourself for the week ahead with this balanced and holistic approach to your mind/body health.
