This long weekend program offers an opportunity to discover what it means to grow and transform through holistic and multidisciplinary practices. We incorporate functional strength and mobility training, therapeutic and restorative yoga, core stability, and mindfulness meditation to get you feeling great in your body, and to empower you with the tools to reduce the effects of accumulated stress and tension in both the body and the mind. Adam and Andrew are both certified Yoga Tune-Up® teachers who will share this method of self massage, dynamic movement and postural correction that has deep lasting effects.
